Ask for a concrete outcome
Try “Create a customer pipeline with companies and contacts,” “Which tasks are due this week?”, or “Add a publish date and priority.” Answer clarification questions in the conversation. The app can use permitted record and email sources to support an answer.
Review before applying
Web AI proposals show the structure or changes to be made. Small edits use compact confirmations; larger plans have an expandable workspace preview. Refine a plan before applying it. If the workspace has changed, refresh the proposal before committing.
Keep a request when you leave
AI generation is saved on the server. Closing the browser does not cancel it. Reopen the same workspace to recover saved requests and drafts. Stop generating asks the server to cancel; incomplete responses cannot be applied.
Add helpers deliberately
Automations and agents live in their own management area. Set conditions and ordered actions, inspect a test run, and choose review-first or automatic behavior where supported. A scheduled helper needs the server worker to be running.

Know the provider boundary
AI requires a configured provider and may send selected workspace context to that provider. Missing keys and outages produce explicit availability messages. The optional built-in helper uses bounded rules and templates; it is not an on-device language model.
