What the form saves
We save your email address, optional name, optional description of what you want to organize, selected plan, and the time and version of your consent. Please do not include confidential business information in the optional description.
Why we ask
We use the list to manage early-access invitations, understand interest in different workflows, and send the Ralti launch updates you request. Joining does not create an app account, paid subscription, or automatic charge.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in the website’s managed database, hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. The site operator can access these records. Submissions are not displayed publicly or sent to an AI model by this form. Hosting providers may process ordinary request information to deliver and protect the service.
Spam protection and cookies
The form uses a hidden spam field and short-lived hashed network identifiers to limit repeated submissions. Rate-limit identifiers expire after an hour and are removed during subsequent signup activity. The form adds no advertising trackers or signup cookies. The hosting platform may use its own authentication cookies when this site is private.
Optional website analytics
If you allow analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand page visits and successful early-access submissions. Google may process cookie identifiers, browser and device information, page activity, and network information to provide analytics. We disable advertising personalization and do not send your signup name, email, workflow answers, or personal removal link to Google Analytics. Query strings and fragments are removed from the page addresses we report. Successful submission counts can include repeat submissions and are not a count of unique signups.
Your analytics choice
Analytics is off until you choose Allow analytics. Choosing Not now keeps it off and does not affect the website or early-access form. Use Cookie settings in the homepage or documentation footer to change your choice. We store this preference on your device for six months. Withdrawing consent stops further analytics collection in this browser and clears this site’s Google Analytics cookies; it does not erase information Google previously received. Browsers that block storage may ask again on your next visit.
Your choices
You can leave optional fields empty. Joining is voluntary. After your first successful signup, save the personal removal link shown on the confirmation to delete that signup. A repeated submission does not replace your original removal link. Any future invitation or launch email must also include a way to opt out. No confirmation email is sent automatically by this form.
