GUIDE · TEAMWORK

Work together.
Make access clear.

A shared workspace should have clear membership and clear expectations about what is shared.

01

Invite people to the right workspace

Open Team & settings to manage invitations and membership. Invitation links can be copied or explicitly emailed using a configured notification mailbox. In Clerk mode, accepting an invitation requires a verified email matching it.

02

Choose a role with the work in mind

Owners and admins manage the workspace's administrative controls. Editors can change work; viewers inspect it without write access. Owners and admins configure rules and building blocks. The server enforces permissions; hidden controls are not the security boundary.

03

Keep the conversation on the record

Use threaded comments and mentions to explain decisions. Assign real members with Person fields. Assignment and mention notifications help members find the work that needs them.

04

Understand the sharing boundary

Records are shared at the workspace level. Per-record permissions and restricted client portals are not implemented. Mailbox history is private until an owner explicitly shares a linked conversation. Review both boundaries before inviting an external collaborator.
