CUSTOMER PIPELINE

Know the relationship.
Remember the next step.

Bring companies, people, opportunities, and conversations together in a CRM you can shape around your process.

01

Connect the people to the opportunity

Use separate Companies, Contacts, and Opportunities sheets. Link the records so a deal has more context than a name in a row. Track stage, value, owner, and the next follow-up date.

  • Company and contact records that can be reused across deals
  • Pipeline stages you define yourself
  • Person fields that assign real workspace members
02

Keep the conversation in context

Connect a supported Outlook, Gmail, or IMAP mailbox. Link relevant conversations to records. Mailbox history stays private until its owner explicitly shares a linked conversation; a record link is a deliberate sharing decision.

03

Bring attention back to the next action

Save a view for upcoming follow-ups and create a dashboard around your pipeline. A scoped helper can propose work from permitted records or an explicitly granted email source.

  • Review proposed updates before applying them
  • Pause helpers and inspect their run history
  • Import a small existing pipeline with a preview first
GOOD QUESTIONS

A little more clarity.

Does Ralti sync with external CRMs?

External CRM synchronization is not currently implemented. You can import CSV or TSV data within the documented limits and manage the resulting records in Ralti.

Does connecting email enable automatic sending?

Mailbox authorization enables supported mail features, but agent and automation access has its own configuration. Provider setup, permissions, and supported actions determine what is available.
