PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Keep the big picture.
Move the little details.

A project is more than a list of tasks. Keep the plan, the people, and the next step in one connected workbook.

01

Give every task a place

Start with a Projects sheet and a Tasks sheet. Link each task to its project, assign an owner, and add a due date and status. Your table becomes a shared source of context instead of another spreadsheet to reconcile.

  • Projects: name, owner, target date, and status
  • Tasks: project link, assignee, due date, and next step
  • Add record comments when a decision needs context
02

See the same work from a new angle

Use Table for detailed planning, Board for status reviews, Calendar for upcoming dates, and Timeline for scheduled work. Saved views keep the filters and sorts your team uses most.

03

Make the weekly review actionable

Build a dashboard showing work by status and upcoming deadlines. Open the underlying records to understand a number, then make the next decision where the work lives.

  • Ask AI to propose a missing field or a project update
  • Review changes before applying them
  • Use rules to require the information your process needs
GOOD QUESTIONS

A little more clarity.

Can everyone see the same updates?

Workspace members share server-saved records. Role permissions control who can edit, and revision checks catch conflicting changes. Realtime cursor coauthoring is not currently included.

Can I work from my iPad?

Yes, use the responsive web app in Safari against your configured server. The native companion supports focused capture and record edits; administration and advanced layouts remain web features.
