Ralti combines spreadsheet editing, connected records, documents, and AI assistance in a shared workspace. Your first goal is a small, working system: a few records, clear ownership, and a view that answers an everyday question. This public website offers a sample demo and early-access signup. A signup does not immediately create an application account; use the separate private testing link when your workspace operator provides access.

Find your way on each screen#

Home brings together workspace search, a recent or featured workbook, quick actions, workbook cards, and sheet shortcuts. On iPhone, use the bottom navigation: Home, Workbooks, Create, Search, and Explore. Explore contains your other tools, account, and workspace switcher. A wider iPad or desktop uses the sidebar; a narrow tablet window uses the phone navigation.

Create a first workbook#

  • Sign in, then confirm the workspace shown in the workspace switcher. Use the same account and application address on other devices.
  • Choose Create → A workbook on a phone, or Create workbook from Home on a larger screen. Describe a setup, use a template, start blank, or import data. A useful prompt is: “Track client projects with status, owner, due date, and notes.”
  • Review the proposed sheets, field types, connections, and any rules before applying. A preview is a draft; browsing it does not install it.
  • Add three real records. Check interpreted dates, assign a current workspace member, and open one record to add longer notes. On a phone, Details, Related work, and Activity jump to the relevant record sections.
  • Use + in the sheet view bar to add a Board for status or a Calendar for deadlines. Set the relevant fields in View settings.
  • In Table, open Appearance to adjust row density, column widths, and column order with touch controls. The name column stays first; shared column changes require editing access.

Check that the system works#

Change a project in Table, then switch to Board. It should be the same record with the same values. Open the same app address and account on your iPad or computer, confirm the selected workspace, and find that saved change. Ask Ralti to find overdue work, inspect its referenced records, and compare the answer with your saved view. Invite a teammate after the structure is useful.

If you get stuck#

An empty workspace on a second device usually means a different app address, account, or selected workspace. A blocked save should include a rule or revision message: correct the stated issue or refresh the proposal before applying again.
